DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not collect any international tariffs, and therefore are not responsible for any tariffs that may be incurred when shipping internationally.

We cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders.

Every order is shipped via Barbados Postal Service and can take 2-5 business days to arrive domestically and 14 days internationally.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your shipping address when placing an order.

Standard shipping does not include insurance.

EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your item, we accept exchanges only within 7 days of receipt.

Sorry, we cannot do refunds.

Before shipping an item back, please email us to notify an exchange.

Sorry, shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned with original packaging and be in same condition as when shipped.

If an item comes back damaged or broken, we cannot proceed with an exchange.

Please note, we are not responsible for payment of any import or duty fees.
